Key responsibilities
- Understand and promote Delitea’s products and services
- Meet customers and present suitable product solutions
- Identify customer needs and close sales opportunities
- Handle enquiries and prepare quotations
- Follow up on orders, payments and after-sales service
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
- Own transport
- Outgoing, confident and proactive in engaging customers
- Basic computer skills including Google Drive, MS Office and email
- SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field
- 1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred
- Positive work attitude and good communication skills
- Able to work well in a team and independently

Key responsibilities
- Arrange, pack and organise stock in the warehouse
- Receive and check incoming and outgoing goods
- Prepare and load goods for customer deliveries
- Drive company vans or lorries for deliveries
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and well maintained
Requirements
- Malaysian citizen with a valid GDL driving licence
- Physically fit and able to handle and lift goods safely
- Able to read product labels and delivery documents
- Responsible, hardworking and trustworthy
- Relevant experience in delivery, logistics or transportation preferred

Requirements
